What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made in full when your order arrives.
Do you offer installment plans?
No, installment plans are not available at this time. We only accept full payment via COD.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
Changes must be requested within 60 minutes of ordering. Once processed (usually within 24 hours), cancellations are not guaranteed
What are your shipping timelines?
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore): 3–5 business days.
Other areas: 5–10 business days.
Orders over PKR 2,999 qualify for free shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, ToyTales.pk focuses on domestic shipping. For international requests, contact support for feasibility.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent via SMS/email once dispatched. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, especially during holidays.
What is your return policy?
7-day window for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
Are refunds processed for canceled pre-orders?
Yes, pre-orders can be refunded in full if canceled before shipment. Post-shipping, refunds are not permitted.
What items are non-returnable?
Personalized toys, opened packaging (e.g., puzzles), and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., teethers) are final sale.
What if my product is damaged during delivery?
Report damage within 48 hours via WhatsApp/email. Include photos and order details for replacements.
